My mom caught a few good pictures of Nolan today with his eyes open. He spends a good amount awake and quietly looking around, this is so different from Caleb - well from what I can remember. He is already starting to hold his head up on his own, I know! And I think he will be smiling on purpose within a week.

He looks so much like a big boy rather than a baby because he is so wide awake and attentive. I hope he saves some baby looks for when he sees us in June! Love to all, Grammy & Poppy
